I searched this site as well as my usual research supply sites and gray providers and can't seem to find anyone that stocks injection grade phosphate buffered. Anyone know of a good source?

Bioshop is usually where I buy, I think they have a US website too https://bioshopcanada.com/Products/Details/PBS408

Most places you need to be accredited and provide proof and everything to buy (in Canada at least)

Thanks, these are 500ml and 1L bottles which I am not sure should be injected SQ. I found bottles of it from my usual medical supply companies.

I guess they don't make injection grade PBS, like they do BAC and SB? Maybe using this and then filtering after recon would make it ok for injection?

Theres some that are USP, on that site it's all reagent grade, although the one I linked is sterile filtered anyway so it's fine in my opinion.

An even better version would be this one that's endotoxin tested on top of that https://bioshopcanada.com/Products/Details/DPB500

I found some on Sigma-Aldrich that is sterile & endoxin free. Might give it a try and run it through a filter after reconstituting. 1L will last like 10 years, might put some into sterile vials to seal it off and maybe give it a longer shelf-life. I assume it is no longer sterile once you open the bottle. Thanks for your help!

Yeah the only issue is that you can't order from them unless you have a registered research company or is studying the field - I tried aha
