I've been pinning tirz every 6 days, but I've noticed that on some weeks I may need to do it on day 5. Would it matter if tirz was taken on day 5 one week and on day 6 the next, as needed?
It seems like some weeks I'm fine waiting the 6 days. This week, not so much. Looks like I will be taking it tomorrow rather than on Wednesday for this week. Thank you so much for breaking it down like this!Tirz has a 5 day half life so most people take it every 5 days. If you wait an extra day to take it you will have about 43% left in your system. Sounds negligible but that one day and 7% make a big difference for me. It would not matter if you did it on day 5 or 6, you just need yo know how you body works.
I've done both 5 and 6 along the way depending on where I was dosage wise. At some point while on 10, but not quite ready to start 12.5, I moved to every 5 days. Then back to every 6 when moving to 12.5. I always bump the days first, then the dose. My body welcomes change, so toss it up a little if you please! 😉I've been pinning tirz every 6 days, but I've noticed that on some weeks I may need to do it on day 5. So you’re doing a total of 17.0mg a week? What was your titration schedule like? I know some take more than the EL max dose and they’re currently studying 20.0 and 25.0, but curious why and how and why you went that high. When you change dosage, the effect can take 1-2+weeks.
Try this calculator : https://glp1plotter.com/ to help adjust dosage based on number of days. I am doing 8.5mg every 3.5 days. Read up on half-life. Worth it.
Based on studies, as time goes on, Tirz (glp1) becomes less effective, and the weekly loss diminishes a lot. Is almost a waste of time (and money) after 50-60 weeks. I am down 70lbs in 48 weeks. From 5mg on, I titrate up just over 1 mg a month, trying to drop at least one pound a week. A member did 15mg@5 days for 8 months, near the end of his program. That's 19mg a week. That is my new ceiling, to reach in about two months. I need to loose another 35lbs. The easy, baby fat, is gone. My prealbumin is slowly dropping, so I started to add protein shakes. I am also stacking cagri 0.9mg/w, and reta 1.75mg/w. I was planning to switch to reta, when I stalled 5 months ago, but reversed course, and will stay with Tirz as the stacking is keeping me on target. As time goes on, and more study results are coming in, I suspect I will eventually increase tirz to 25mg a week, increasing dosage 1mg a month, so in about 7 months, I should be close to my goal. That is my experiment. Minimal discomfort, no exercise, regular blood works/BP are better than my numbers 40 years ago when my BMI was below 24.So you’re doing a total of 17.0mg a week? Funny story, i did that on his dose and it came back slightly lower peaks slightly higher valleys.Go to https://glp1plotter.com/ and enter all doses in separate boxes, with the compare button checked in each box and plot, and you can see the difference. Make sure you plot for 12 weeks or so to take the 1/2 life into effect.
