Bit of info.
Im 25 - Male 171cm (5'7)
Current Weight 86.6kg
Starting Weight 103kg
Current Dose 3MG - 8th Week on Reta
Daily Calories - 1,200KCAL - 1,400 kcal (Maybe even less)
Ive been losing weight steadily and at a good pace. The past week Ive seen a shift mentally and on the scale too. The scale hasn't shifted. Stuck between 86.2 - 86.6 kg. Im able to eat much more but im not eating as much. The fact im able to eat breakfast the past week is a sign that the food noise has reduces. Not surprised i understand how a triple antagonist works. Im trying a refeed to get the scale moving down but it isn't.
Im using a pen but I have a mental feeling that the pen isn't as potent anymore for me or it has passed its time.
Also how does maintenance calories work. The online calculators are telling me to eat 2000kcal which is crazy to me.
I run 5km - 10km (3 days a week)
Play football for 1.5hrs (2 days a week)
I go to the gym daily and do weights.
