I've mostly just been in maintenance mode but even when I try, I'm stuck at 145-147 for a year now! I work out consistently and eat well. I started on sema and switched to tirz about 10 months into my program. I got up to 15mg tirz but then backed down to about 7.5 when I was mostly at my goal. Even if I bump it up and take 15mg, I still don't see any budge on the scale. I maybe shouldn't focus so much on the scale at this point and focus more on muscle gains/fat loss. But I'd love to get down to 135 cause i'm still hung up on numbers...

Then last year I added reta but I can't go above 3mg because it causes diarrhea, so I have been doing 3mg reta and either 5 or 7mg tirz weekly.

Would nixing tirz and reta and changing to cagri maybe jumpstart something ,or should I do heavier workouts? I generally get over 100g protein and less than 100g carbs. 50 yr old female 5'4" and stuck... help a lady out!

Girl, I feel you. Being stuck like that is so frustrating, especially when you're doing all the right things. Honestly, if your body’s holding at 145 no matter what, it might be time to shift focus to body comp over scale. You could try switching to cagri just to shake things up, but also maybe up your lifting game and see how your body responds. Sounds like you’re super dialed in, just need that little spark to get things moving again!

Considered stacking sema and tirz? Seems like it's starting to catch on as a good combination.

I can definitely up my workouts. My dietitian talked about progressive overload, so I'll do that and work on body comp and quit focusing on that stupid scale number. It's such a mind game!

I haven't done that combo! I could give it a go. I'm not a fan of reta, so definitely good with stopping it. My resting heart rate has gone up too with that, which I'm not a fan of. plus, the shits!

Titrate using the normal sema protocol to find what levels work best for you. Stating at 0.25mg for 4 weeks. Then double it.... search up the schedule, it's easy to find.

Don't make the mistake thinking you can handle a fairly big dose of Tirz so Sema can't be that bad. I've seen people be overconfident and get sick.

I haven’t seen too many people stack glp1s, but I’ve seen a few mentions of small doses of cagri along with reta or tirz. I’ve seen many write that a different dosing schedule helped. Could always try halving it and doing it every 3 days.

Given what you wrote though, and how high you got with dosing, I’d focus on the diet/lifting. Sounds like you’re doing well with protein. Could try to up it a little, and definitely start to lift heavier. You mentioned progressive overload, which is great to hear since it means you have some good guidance already. Recomp and muscle will help you either break the plateau, or not care about it.

Just a note to say 'solidarity' on the Reta. I'm jelly of all the people who love it so much, but I just can't stay in the bathroom alllll day.

Stronger is my goal!! Recomp and need to ditch the obsession with the number on the scale.

For a while I traded one number for another. I was all about body fat %, and as long as you never look at that with a daily view, it can work.

Tirz does plateau for most people, so your reaction with Tirz fits within the studies. Just a suggestion, titrate slower on Reta. I had diarrhea for a week when i jumped from 1-3mg. I then went back down to 1mg and started titrating up 1mg every 2 weeks. No more diarrhea and no noticeable side effects, except being so freakin' cold. As I'm sure you know, Reta actively burns fat. Some say up to 300 calories a day. That might be enough to break the stall if you can handle the higher doses. Heck, try .5mg titration schedule every 2-3 weeks. I'm guessing you could tolerate that. Unless, of course, you have already tried this.
