My first injection of Tirzepatide was this morning. The vial I bought contained an overage I didn't account for - 11.41mg instead of the 10mg indicated. I added 1ml of BAC and injected 25 units instead of the 22 I should have. Is this a problem, and how do I proceed from here?

My thoughts:

1. There's no way of knowing the exact amount in YOUR vial, even if another vial in the batch tested as 11.41mg instead of 10mg. Let us suppose that it's correct for your vial, though.

2. You are talking about a TINY difference in dosage. 350 micrograms, maybe? That should make no difference at all. So, yes, it is OK.
