I think people will support what makes them money 🤷🏾‍♀️. The flower company will happily throw money around to persuade the government to lock down on compounding and eventually I believe they’ll target grey market too. But I do think grey market will be a lot harder to control.

However, with the increased custom pressure, reports of raids in CN, the recent zero peps debacle. I’m sitting on my stash for a while and avoiding ordering while things calm back down.
 
I have only been ordering from gray market sources for about 18 months. I've placed 3 orders. Each time, I've only ordered enough for 6-10 months of my peptides of choice.

Im not worried about customs here. I'm more concerned about the gray market vendors who are subject to the CCP.

The person who operates the Tracy account is originally a steroid user on the french meso forum. Speaks at least 4 languages fluently and is intimately familiar with western culture/humor in a way that would be very difficult for someone not raised in a western country. All signs point to him being French and probably of chinese descent.

Now, all of that is speculation and, even if true, doesn't mean he isn't currently in China. But there would be a lot of reasons for him not to be in China and little reason for him to be there.

Great catch with the westernized humor. Definitely catches and throws jokes that I couldn't see someone from the eastern world doing as well/naturally.

Tracy said they would be back. I trust Tracy. Just look at that face, how could you not? I bet they've got massive muscles where that picture cuts off since they're on the body building forum. I'm betting there's major Ilona Maher vibes going on. I dig it.

The hard right want to really cut on the budget. I think most of their focus will be on border security, focusing on illegals crossing, not so much with goods. If anything it should get easier if they do what they say they’re going to. Probably move customs officers to border an immigration.

There are some things we love that are very, very bad for us.

I hope the things that are truly bad for us go away on their own. But...

And though I haven't bought from Tracy, I sure do miss the zingers!

There’s just too many things coming in from China to specifically target peptides that are already being mislabeled. The only thing that could change things would be tariffs I’d imagine. Even then, that wouldn’t effect them coming in to the us. It would just have an influence on the cost. Knowing China though, they’ll find a way to keep customers. We have already seen how they’re smarter than us in commerce. Just my two cents.

Yes, definitely agreed. America has been and always will be top buyer in the market. And agreed on there being avenues on providing products where there is high demand
 
I think what we're seeing is 1 or 2 of the "special line" companies being targeted. I mean who really is Yun Express? It will probably be an expensive lesson, and there will be a new provider they switch to. It will likely cost us a little more.

I thought I read that UPS and FEDEX shipments had a much larger chance of being taken by customs.

Who exactly is Yun Express? They're the place that delivered my . . . I can't remember exactly how SRY had the items labelled other than I was impressed at how innocuous the pills looked. However SRY did a great job: Despite having the green tape on the box showing inspection by customs, the tadalafil (grey market Cialis) pills got to me. If that's the case, then the grey companies will adjust to using different shippers. We'll likely pay somewhat more, partially to offset slightly higher shipping costs but also to reflect that customs enforcement is getting tougher. As more people start using peptides and the companies get better at manufacturing and shipping it, then prices will likely eventually decrease again.
 
Yun Express is extremely high volume - they process 700k packages daily, a huge chunk of that going to the USA. They're a large logistics company for a whole lot of Chinese e-commerce targeting global audiences. Stuff from aliexpress, temu, etc. is often shipped on Yun Express. They're just a regular logistics company.
 
They wouldn't be able to boost customs inspections overnight. Bureaucracies do not change quickly. It will take some time - if they do it at all. Campaign promises are often empty. Remember "no new taxes"....

Politics is like professional wrestling. Everyone needs to learn that.
