Ok, this title might be a bit click-baity (sorry... not sorry 😀)
Sometimes the Youtube algorithm gets it right and actually recommends some good stuff.
So, I'd figure I'd share these with you all.
I think that watching these two video's back-to-back will really give you some decent insight in the process of fat loss.

The first video is from a guy called Josh Holyfield and covers the basics of fat loss and explains macronutritiens in a nutshell.
Like him or not (some call him a 'meathead') but he actually has the ability to condense information in a 'no bs' / 'straigh forward' way that makes it quite digestable.
The second video is from Lyle McDonald who has his own 'distinct personality', but is giving some good information here about fat loss.
Warning: Lyle is a bit more 'uncensored' and drops some f-bombs on occasion. Viewer discretion is advised 😉
