So I’m reading along and noticing several posts in various platforms where customs has seized packages. This just happened to myself as well. Package from India seized and thankfully my guy reshipped.
When tracking a package there are some sites that say to “ contact customs or the shipper “ if items are seized. One in particular is “parcelsapp”
Turns out a purchaser of peps called to speak to a customs agent to ask “ is it true all china packages are being sent back? “
Please be patient when ordering across the pond. Please do not call customs asking about shipments. Please contact and communicate with your vendor first, or group buy organizer, or ask for input from others that aren’t so new to the space.
Contacting a customs agent should never be your first move if your overseas package is stuck.
