I fear constipation on reta.
This is how I get extra fibre in a tasty way.
3 x tsp whole psyllium husk
150ml juice
Squeeze lemon
Shake it up in a small jar and over 20-30mins in the fridge it will set like jelly/jam. Psyllium husk that is actually tasty!
(You can also pour it over greek yoghurt for the protein)
(Use whole psyllium husk, not ph powder, or it won't set)
