PT 141 first dose

First shot of PT 141 today for libido purposes. Read that dose is 1 to 2 mgs. Took .5 just to make sure I didn't react weird. In 1 hour my face and chest was flushed. I thought "here we go!" LOL Now 5 hours later and nothing happened. If I was flushed, shouldn't it have worked? Thanks for your input. 😀

At least in theory, you may not know until tomorrow morning.

The half-life is short, but the effects can be lingering, so taking a top-up dose of 0.5+ mg may be more prudent than taking a full dose within 24 hours.

2 mg would too high for anyone, IMHO. Personally, as a male, the most I would do within a 24-hour period would be 1 mg or maybe 1.5 mg.

The dosing is the biggest issue with PT-141, especially since it's a moving target (no pun intended) without the luxury of a short duration of effect. You can take it in the afternoon and not notice anything until going to sleep. So lots of patience required unless you take more risks, which are usually nothing serious but you never know.

I started at 1mg. Had to back off to 0.25 and work up. I now take (when I take it) 1.3mg. Haven't taken it for a while because it was killing my sleep. lol.
For me, I take it 4-6 hrs early and plan on feeling effects till the 22 hr mark.

Try going up in .5 increments. So next time, try 1mg, and if nothing happens, try 1.5 the next time. I felt nothing until I hit 2mg, and "overdosed" at 2.5 (uncomfortably long lasting erection: nothing serious, just annoying).

I suspect part of the reason PT-141 is not FDA approved for men is the dosing being so variable, along with the delay in effects.

I use it's relative MT2 and excessive boner sides are very sporadic. Sometimes they are present, sometimes the body operates as usual. So I guess flushing or not is not an indicator

I'm very sensitive to peptides so it flushes me within 2-3 mins lol

I do antihistamine pill an hour before pinning. Also a drink of warm ginger beforehand can help with nausea sides. Make sure you eat before pinning as well

I've taken 0.5mg and 1mg so far, honestly taking it the day before has worked 1000% better so far, took 1mg at 6pm yesterday, it wasn't until this morning that I was really given the chance but lordy, combine it with cialis lol... magical, far more than the mrs can handle unfortunately!
