Posting because I have seen so many people asking about QSC product identification in multiple posts recently. If you are going to order from QSC, follow instructions very carefully and never throw away your packaging until you have identified your products.

I would also add that you should film the unboxing process once it's received. If your order has been incorrectly delivered or damaged, QSC is likely to ask for proof. They have been scammed by people saying product hasn't arrived and it's in their interest to run a successful business and not get screwed.

It may seem like an unnecessary step, but it's easier to film the package opening from start/finish. The process keeps everyone honest, which makes our community better.

Plus, with the film you can go back and determine which product(s) came from which SKU as @Qingdao Sigma (Tracy) has mentioned in his post, and once all the products have been determined, you can easily delete the video.

+1 for filming. I was missing a reta kit from my first ASC order. Thankfully there wasn't really any questions asked by Tuk and it got sorted, but I would understand if they had wanted some additional evidence.

I do consider the advice about filming orders to be a little ridiculous. Still when my order for QSC came, I had a tripod several feet away. It seemed rather easy to record so I did it.

Ideally we wouldn't need to, but in a different thread someone mentioned QSC getting ripped off by people faking missing product, and starting asking for it.

I do think they should explicitly mention it when you order, though.

so helpful, thanks! I also discovered that the peptide names in blue on their pdf order form are links to their Jano reports... there one can usually see the cap color of the peptide..... helped me to figure out my last order.....
