Ordered with QST Qingdao Saber Technology Pharma. Co. Ltd on here to Canada and they show with a picture that the package has been delivered to a house but I live in a heavily sky scraper type area in a condo. They obviously made a mistake but QST is not being helpful at all trying to fix this issue. Has anyone had any dealings with this company before as at this point I think they are just a scam as their last mile shipper is completely non existent as a company here.

I ordered from QST and they initially sent me a wrong tracking number. When the tracker showed the item was delivered in another state, I sent Michelle a message through Whatsapp and an email. She reached out after a few hours and apologized for sending the wrong tracking number. She updated me with the correct number and sure enough, all items were delivered to my house.

Ya I’ve been communicating with her but it’s been a few days now and she has essentially said it’s up to me to resolve with this random shipping company whose main contact number doesn’t work. Good to know they aren’t completely fake or something but not impressed with how this is being handled. Especially as it’s my first order with them. This was quite expensive for me and I’m pretty pissed off at their lack of care regarding this when there is obv been a mistake.
I'm having this same issue with another vendor.... I have no idea what shipping company they used, but it was delivered... somewhere in my very large city. I didn't receive it. I'm basically being told it's not their problem. It's very frustrating, but it's my own fault from ordering from a newish vendor. I hope you can resolve it with them!
