What was the desired outcome from switching?
Did you get the desired outcome from switching?

I have a large supply of Tirz.
Male 58 yr old 5'9" current weight 167 starting weight 210.
After one year I have lost all the weight I want to and more muscle than I would have liked
I still have a slight bit of belly fat that is hanging on

I'm moving from Tirz to Reta, too early to tell if I'll get what I want from it but sign point to trending favorably.

My goals:
Higher fat loss overall based on stage 3 trials showing considerably higher loss in a shorter timeframe.
Faster and/or easier fat loss from the glucagon signaling raising RMR.
Lean mass preservation, I've got another ~65lb to go to my theoretical target.
Not wondering if I didn't give myself the "best" chance for success based on current data.

I started on ZB, then compounded tirz, then moved to Reta in the span of roughly a month, not quite two weeks ago. I dropped 10lbs in the near month on Tirz, 6-7lb in the 11 days since starting reta while tapering down Tirz.

I started TRT a couple days ago, I expect to gain a few pounds of water from that. I expect the test will help with lean mass preservation, nutrient partitioning, as well as the general benefits of feeling human again such as motivation and compliance in the gym.
