My biggest issue is visceral fat, I have a bit of distention in my upper stomach.

My plan is as follows
125mg Test Cyp per week
500 mcg CJC 1295/IPA fasted before bed (daily)
Starting 1mg Retatrutide today.
Thoughts?

500 mcg of each CJC and Ipa or 250 of each? 1 mg Reta per week?

Overall, solid choices, but what does your nutrition, hydration and sleep look like? No amount of drugs will fix a bad foundation.

Thanks for the reply, 250mcg of each. I’m eating low carb but not quite Keto, trying to get my protein intake up, sleep is good as I monitor it via my Apple Watch. The CJC/IPA really knocks me out at night I have to say. Day 3 of Reta, starting to feel it, digestive system seems sluggish and a little upset.

Visceral fat is the first kind of fat to go with weight loss. Obviously tirz/reta will be ten times more effective than GH at reducing visceral fat. Count your calories and keep working out and you won't have any problems.

Glad it's working for you. CJC causes sleep issues for some, it's sometimes recommended to take CJC/Ipa fasted in the morning until a tolerance is built and then try the night doses if it disrupts sleep at first.

It's worst the first two days after dosing. Get used to it. I feel like I have to budget and carefully time what goes into my stomach, and it often feels like I go to bed full despite eating a meal before 5pm.

Yes! I had dinner 4 hours before bedtime and I felt like I went to bed on a full stomach. May have to try and eat a bit earlier.

I find low fat cheese sticks to be a great way to get calories and protein in the evening. Casein is digested really slowly and it doesn't give me any indigestion issues.

Try to find things that digest faster for the evening time. I find that meat by itself digests pretty quickly, fruits too, but a full spread with veggies and grains often takes too fucking long, especially when I'm eating lunch and planning to exercise later. Liquid protein makes everything easier.

I also found that beef protein isolate, though it is inferior to whey and more expensive, digests rapidly compared to whey protein.

A little bit of psillium husk mixed in throughout keeps everything moving consistently imo. I also find myself getting up to stretch for digestive purposes if I'm sitting for a long time. Loosening your pants also helps shit flow more freely through the lower intestines, tight pants will keep your upper stomach full.

TESAMORELIN for visceral fat.
Tirz/Reta will also help tremendously.
