Received an order that wasn't mine

I ordered from SSA about 3 weeks ago and my order just got here today....except it isn't my order. I ordered reta, mots-c, nad+, bpc-157, and ipa. What I recieved was Hg 191 AA and cagri. Has anyone had this happen and what did the company do to fix it? Obviously if this wasn't the wild wild west I'd expect nothing less than a reship of what I ordered and probably to return the wrong items. But with grey market...what have you experienced with vendors if this happened to you or someone you know?

Also if someone on here did order hg191aa and cagri but got a buttload of my stuff...lucky you 🥴

They should reship and most will as their reputation on here is worth more. You can probably tag the seller in here and ask for a reply via DM if they don't acknowledge your support request via the original comms method - but give them a chance first.

It runs the gambit from reshipping you the correct order at no added expense allowing you to keep the wrong product to them being out of stock and offering you a short stick future credit. Some vendors have asked people in your position to act as their mule and ship it to the correct party allowing you to tamper with the contents before forwarding. Conversely the same to whomever received your order.

So basically everything you think could happen.

I'm definitely disappointed. The rep I am working with tried to get me to ship the order i received to the person it should have gone to and said he would ship it to me. She then sent me his full name and address and said she'd reimburse me. I said absolutely not that I can't trust it wasn't tampered with and that it is okay and safe still. I am sure the same speech went to the guy so now he has my full name and address. And, after consulting my lawyer (ChatGpt) it said that Hg 191 AA is not even legal for me to have under some controlled substance act so I could be liable if it got seized during shipment of his order. I had to push pretty hard for either a refund or a reship, she said she would reship after multiple back and forths. I hope it does get reshipped to me soon. But I really hope @SigmaAudley makes it right.

As a new member, this is the kind of scenario that I fear. It’s nuts that the rep sent you another person’s personal info (!!!) and then expected you to correct their mistake. I’m glad you stood your ground and refused their request. And your “lawyer” gave you good advice since you could be liable if it were seized. So many things wrong in this situation.

HGH is a weird one because while not technically a controlled substance, some states treat it as one. It holds the unique position of being the only drug that is illegal to prescribe off label as well.

Naw man...it was an address and a person's name. I looked them up and it's someone in texas. it's someone's house my guy. Thankfully I'm a normal/safe/good person and would never use that info but uhh....yeah. Not cool. I told them I was extremely concerned about the breach of privacy and that's when they said they'd just ship me a new order. Haven't heard from them today at all but hoping it ships soon and this is behind me. 😬

Unfortunately, this is like the 8th or 9th time I've heard of this happening across a variety of vendors. When they fuck up their default move is to try and get you to ship it to the other people.

I agree that I am not particularly thrilled with the idea of some random person knowing my details and that I have ordered substances of questionable legality.
