Pre-order is a more honest term, because a "group buy" organizer making a profit is just an additional layer of salesperson, getting compensated for time, risk, work just the same as all the pretty young Chinese women at the level above them.

He is buying peptides from China. He is not manufacturing anything, especially in the US. He is a glorified group buy with some stock warehoused locally. No different from PGB, but the latter doesn't claim to be Chinese or that they manufacture anything they sell.
