amazon restricts by state, if for human use you cannot even add it to your cart. for those that have never seen the rejection, see attached screenshot. if the syringes are designated for laboratory or vet use, you can order them if your state allows that.
Well that certainly stinks. If I may, I will suggest a bit of a workaround this restriction. Simply change the "ship to" address in your Amazon account to a trusted friend or relative and have it sent there-then have them send it to you...if the cost is not too bad. I'd not worry about "the law" as no one would be affected or injured. But hey, what do I know? A syringe "mule"...😱

Today I got Gluco-care syringes from Amazon delivered to fl. Problem seems to be with syringes classification. Search for insulin syringes and make sure select ones not marked "FSA or HSA eligible"

I was wondering why sometimes I can order them and other times not. I'll check it out. Thanks!

Welp, 4.5 hours of entertainment over two nights reading this compelling page turner thread.
Looking forward to seeing where it goes over the next 48 pages. 😎

Why not fsa or hsa? Its a tax exempt? Im confused newbie

I think, it's Amazon classification, in Fl not allowed to sell syringes without rx for medical(hsa, fsa) use. Syringes classified as for lab use is ok to sell.
