Hi all!

I'm sorry if this has already been covered or discussed, but I'm a shitty forum searcher and I can't find it if it has 😛

I have some GHK-cu 100 on the way, and I'm intending to mix it with KPV for use by Mrs. NYD. First, is this a reasonable option? I've never reconstituted and mixed different peptides into the same sterile vial. I don't know why it would be an issue. I'm assuming the reconstituted solutions are homogenous and should mix as expected when introduced into the same vial, but I don't know for sure and I'd love to hear from anyone who's done this before.

Second, I'm struggling to understand what my concentration will be. Let's just assume perfect fills so 100mg in the GHK-cu and 10mg in the KPV. I'll reconstitute each with 1ml BAC, leaving me with 100mg/ml GHK-cu and 10mg/ml KPV. Now I'll draw, filter and fill them into the same vial. I now have a vial with 2ml (we'll again just assume a lossless transfer). To my mind, in this vial, the GHK-cu is now 50mg/ml and KPV is 5mg/ml. Is that right? I'm sorry to ask this question but it's just not computing for me.

And further to this, does this progress in a linear fashion? Let's assume she wants more KPV, so I recon (2) 10mg vials with 1ml BAC, and introduce all three recon peps into the same vial (I do have 5ml vials from Peptide Test that hold around 7ml). So now my vial has 3ml of liquid in it, and that liquid consists of GHK-cu at 33.33333mg/ml and KPV at 6.666666mg/ml?

To bring this up to "standard" GLOW/KLOW vial fills, assuming I'm correct about my concentrations from my first example, I'd then need to add 2ml more BAC, so the GHK-cu is now 25mg/ml, the KPV is 2.5mg/ml and she can pin a "standard" pin of 0.08ml.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help my goofy ass with this!

I have been delaying on making KLOW/GLOW since it seemed like a project.

There was a peptide conference recently that said we should never mix any peptides together, so I am thinking of just putting each in a pen. But that means more injections, so no easy way out.

I suppose I can just draw into the same syringe. I'm not fussed about it either way, just want to minimize the number of times I need to poke her. I wonder if we can get one of our vendors to make up a custom mix for me, 50mg GHK-cu and 20mg KPV. I'm sure they'd totally do that for one kit 😎
