If you want to mix Selank, you can also use sterile water instead of bacteriostatic water. You can find plenty of videos on YouTube that explain the whole process step by step.


You don't need to buy a special, pre-made "sterile nasal spray" for this. However, one thing you should look out for is using an amber glass nasal spray bottle. The dark glass protects the sensitive peptide from light and helps maintain its potency.


Since regular sterile water doesn't contain preservatives like BAC water does, make sure to keep the finished spray in the refrigerator at all times and use it up quickly to keep it safe and clean.

Saline water.

People recommend Snoot a lot. I got SpecializedRX. It needs to be cleaned before use though.
