Hi all,
I am going to order needles for reconstitution, but I don't know which size could be better. Up to now I have used 30Gx25mm needles, but I think it would be better to use 25Gx25mm.
Please let me know what size are you using and which size you suggest to use

Personally I prefer a 25G needle that's ~38mm long (1.5" for our non-metric friends) since in addition to having a higher flow rate they will also reach the bottom of most 5ml and smaller vials when transferring and/or combining liquids between vials to help make sure I get every last bit out.

I recently reconstituted and combined six vials of 10mg reta by starting with 1ml of bac in the first vial, and then transferring that fluid to reconstitute the next vial and so on down the line until I had 60mg in the final vial for four 15mg doses of .25ml, and the long 25G needle made it a breeze.

Thank you,
25Gx38mm will be perfect.

Like so many other things, I've long had the intention of doing a write-up on this since it does seem to be something a lot of people could use some guidance with, but as you say the chaos of life tends to get in the way.
