Yo guys,

I’m currently noticing something weird on my Reta journey and wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this

At around 4mg Reta, my hunger suppression used to be pretty solid. It wasn’t completely killing my appetite, but it was enough to keep cravings under control. The slowed digestion is still clearly there, I get full really fast, like I just ate a buffet. The glucagon effect is obviously harder to “feel” directly unless u compare bloodwork before and after, but that’s not really the topic here

About 3–4 weeks ago, I started taking HGH at around 2–3 IU daily. At first, I didn’t really notice any change in appetite, especially because I had also increased my Reta dose. Before that, even 3.5mg was hitting the spot pretty well, kind of like 1mg did in the beginning

But recently, even at 4mg+ per week, I barely feel the same hunger suppression anymore. It almost feels like HGH might be working against the GLP-1 effect somehow

I did some research and found that HGH can stimulate ghrelin, which is basically the hunger hormone. So now I’m wondering if HGH and GLP-1s could be interfering with each other in a way where the appetite suppression becomes noticeably weaker

Before HGH, I usually didn’t get much hunger after workouts. Now I actually feel like eating after training again. Also, my late-night cravings (which were a big issue for me pre-Reta) seem to be coming back a bit

Now I wanna know
For those of u who have stacked GLP-1s with HGH, did u notice any change in hunger or cravings? Did HGH reduce the appetite suppression for u, or was it no different?

im on 4iu daily too and it didnt affect the reta appetite sup
might be time to titrate to 5mg or 6 mg soon !
