Been ketogenic over a decade & love the lifestyle, but want to know if there are others in the same boat w/ reta long-term. Personally prefer fat/protein > carb/protein. Reta now for >5 weeks.
That said, it seems as though on much lower carbs, one can see much greater increases in ketones & RHR, hinting at an even larger energy expenditure vs a more "balanced" diet. Any long-term low/zero carb reta users who can give their insights/experience? Particularly want to learn more about the synergy of the two.
