Reta not dissolving

Would you still use Reta if it takes almost a full day to dissolve after adding BAC water? Bought it from one of the vendors roiled with issues last year.

Why not just say where it's from and someone probably tested it by now and can let you know it's junk.

It’s from TFC. Has blue tops.

Ask the vendor for a refund, whether or not it tests good doesn't matter if you can't actually dissolve it

You've performed the dissolution test. It failed. I'd contact the vendor.
