Reta Pen shipping

Good morning everyone i have a few questions regarding this pen issue
has anyone ever tried buying reta pen ugl?
isnt when they ship it, it was in reconstituted form? wont that make the reta not as effective as possible?
Do you guys have any idea for this pen

Do not buy pens, you don't know, and more importantly can't test what's actually in them. You could be getting insulin, which would be deadly if injected at the same dosage as Reta (this has happened before).
