I have been pinning peps since may, EOD. I generally feel no pain, and then after awhile I started feeling a stab in some spots.. But since starting reta a few weeks ago, I now feel a sting each time I get a needle even close to my skin! I have to test poke around until I find a safe spot.
Could it be Reta? or the KLOW I started a week ago??

It could be the reta, or more likely a combination of reta + the mental effect of your brain anticipating pain.

Sounds like you already know this, but mild skin sensitivity is indeed a known side effect that occurs in some people and it's not a super tiny percentage (although it is low). It's something I've also experienced. Of note, anecdotally, I've read multiple people say that it went away within a couple weeks.

Although I don't have pain with injections, it does feel like I have sunburn all over my arms and back. It's not painful, it's just that touching anything in those areas is pretty uncomfortable. I'm on my 5th shot now 2mg every 6 days and it still hasn't stopped. I can tolerate it, but I know some people cannot.

It's called allodynia. You might want to back off a mg until it goes away. I usually see it reported by people at higher doses or titrate up to quickly. I was getting it at 2 4mg doses per week. Then I switched to 2mg on Mon, Wednesday, and 3 on Friday and the allodynia has gone away. So maybe go to 1mg a week, or split your 2mg dose over two days in a week.

I was originally dosing every 7 days but i noticed that food noise was coming back near half-life. Maybe i should go back to that? Or split the dosage up kinda like what you are doing. Drug accumulation could be the cause since I'm pricking every 6 days at full dosage. I didn't have these side effects originally now that I think about it.

I am pretty sensitive to GLP-1's and most medication that I have taken in the past. I lose weight fairly quickly with GLP-1's at low dosages. It's a double-edged sword, I guess.

I wish I could lose weight. I plateau at every dose after about 2 weeks. I am moving up two mg a week starting today since I am gaining weight again and the allodynia went away. So, from Mon 2, Wed 2, Fri 3 to Mon 3, Wed 3, Friday 3. I have two kits of 30mg vial to go through and if I haven't made any significant losses by the time they are done. I am going to either give Tirz a try, or maybe take some Cagrilintide with my Reta to curb hunger cravings.

I don't know how people are losing when taking microdoses of .5 - 1mg. Maybe they are at their goal weight and that microdose is for maintenance.

I've been on reta (1mg) for two weeks and beginning a couple of days ago my abdomen developed a really light sunburn feeling. It's not enough to really bother me, just kind of an interesting side-effect. (Hey, when you get old enough, one of your hobbies will become cataloging aches and weird feelings.)

I get allodynia on my arms and it gets worse when i get cold ( which is a lot because reta makes me cold too)

Now I have this really weird sensation that something is crawling on my skin. Always in the area
where the edges of my clothes that have elastic, touch my skin. Like there's an ant there...This usually happens at night so you can imagine my distress.

I get that occasionally too. But I am a redhead and it only happens when I do have a little bit of sun. It doesn't feel like a full sunburn either .. its like that almost a sunburn feeling. Like my skin feels too tight.

I had quite severe skin sensitivity and tingly for the first 8 weeks, by 10weeks it was reduced significantly to a bearable level but still there then I took a 3 week break (due to holiday overseas), when i started pinning again it never came back, hopefully it's gone for good but it's only been a couple of weeks
