I have the 31g down great now for actual blasting day, but no way for mixing.
In my experience, any lab ordered at my annual physical is "covered" by my insurance (although admittedly, I haven't pushed this very far to test the limit there). Where I get hosed is that only "preventative" labs get paid by my insurance before I meet my deductible. Any lab that could be rationalized as being even loosely related to my diabetes diagnosis (in other words, just about every lab) is subject to my deductible before being covered. This is because they're no longer considered preventative and now are supposedly related to disease management. Since I have a HDHP and I'll never hit my deductible that means I'm footing the bill for them at the inflated rate my insurance and clinic agreed upon.Yes "all of them" except 2 since I don't have that organ in my body. I don't have to explain or rationalize with my doctor either and I've had the same MD for many moons. Having a functional MD isn't the same as a PCP. The functional MD's cost more up front but can be worth it for the right one.

I have these. First for the AFIB the pneumonia gave me. I had extremely bad double, double pneumonia that almost ended me, show that's the lung guy, Pulmonary doctor I think and the Ortho guy for replacement parts. Only a shoulder so far.LOL, with all of the specialists that I see:
- Cardiologist
- Lung Guy
- Orthopedic Surgeon (degenerative spine)
Filtering isn’t difficult. Practice on a low dose vial. Definitely worth it. A lot of experienced researchers recommend it.ya but right now, do not know how to filter, although i have watched a video or 2.

I would like to get some that are luer lock so that I can have a thicker gauge needle for the draw and a thinner gauge needle for the injectionFollowing. If helpful: Don't go lowball on syringes, I didn't recognize the brand you mentioned. I use Easy-Touch and Sure-Comfort.
Ok yall got in late today from work, but the scale came in. My weight is currently 401 pounds. My first goal will be 350, after that 300. I haven’t been under 300 for quite some time now so I will be setting a new goal from there.
I still have not noticed anything from Reta, but as was mentioned earlier in this thread I am probably on too small of a dose. I do plan on taking my doses every 5 days, which would place my next injection on Wednesday. I see a lot of different schedules, some 5, others 6 or 7 days. What are you doing? Have you tried switching between the schedules? If so what schedule worked best for you?

I started .5 for 4 weeks, then .75 for 4 weeks, 1 for 4 weeks and recently went to 1.5. Hugeee difference once I did 1.5.I got some 1 Ml syringes with 30Ga needles for injections and 3 Ml syringes with 23 ga needles for recon. A friend of mine started at 2 Mg and he was miserable, and a mutual friend of ours started at 2 mg was perfectly fine. I decided based off of my experience with the other glps I was going to split the difference and go with 1 mg. As of right now (day 2) I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary and no reaction at the injection site, so I will probably stick with this does for the next month.

Congratulations, Mr. Bond. [Subject #007], I'll try your routine.So little update. Life has been hectic. I am down 10 pounds. Doses 1-3 were at 1mg (every 5 days). Dose number 4 was 1.5mg. The only side I noticed was slightly more heartburn. I haven’t been to the gym but I’ve been working the ground a lot lately so I’ve been around 12-13000 steps a day not including the heavy lifting of various rigging. My house primarily eats chicken and turkey since my wife doesn’t do well with red meat. I don’t count calories but I prioritize protein and make sure my carbs come from primarily veggies. This last dose (thur 14th) I took a risk and jumped to 2.5mg. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. I know slow and steady wins the race but curiosity killed the cat. Spent two days in pain and on the toilet. I’ve been fighting to keep my hydration up. Lost 8 pounds in two days. I’m feeling better now so primarily focusing on hydration and recouping minerals I’ve lost

Not everyone can go up as fast. Everyone reacts differently. Maybe go back down to 2 next time or even back to 1.5 or 1.75. Absolutely way too much haha. Pain, and I turned myself into a fountain. I was doing as much as I could to at minimum keep fluids in but I’m very dehydrated right now. I’m using pedialyte to help replenish my electrolytes right now8lbs in two days is to much. 2.5mg made you lose it, in pain and pooping?
My plan is to go back down to 1.5 for the next dose and ride that for a month depending on how my weigh-ins go. I’m trying to make this a marathon not a raceNot everyone can go up as fast. I personally think 4 weeks a new dose is great, and follow it close. I currently on 8 going up the scale. Only different was 6mg, I did 7 weeks because it was doing great. Next was 7mg for only 2 weeks and not much happening on that. Weigh day is next Friday, and I'll see how the 8mg is doing. I can now feel what's happening with these shots.
