Reta was great …but what went wrong?

Started diet in August 314lbs and added Reta beginning of October when I weighed 307lbs. Strict zero sugar , two meals a day eggs in morning chicken salad in afternoon before 530pm. Can’t forget strict sleep at least 7 hours and tried keeping bedtime fairly similar and NAC in morning and Glycine at night.

Progress was great downward slope on weight with little ups but most down got to 277lbs by December 15th . Took a week off because I was waiting on more Reta (new supplier) and added ipamoreline.

The problem….gained 9 pounds when I checked weight two weeks later .. and I have basically flat lined weight loss for a month now sitting at 284lbs.

Trying to figure out the issue

New supplier ? (Paperwork tested and batch matched ) and has had some appetite suppression but nothing compared to what I had in November at 2mg and now I am at 8 mg

Something is not working the same that’s for sure
 
Its probably the ipamorelin. Double check this but most growth hormone peptides make you retain extra water weight and increase your hunger. So it could be a combination of the water weight on top of maybe a few extra calories than before.
 
Yes, that was my first thought on the hunger uptick…reta upped from 4-5 to 8 now …for some reason I thought that would counter act that aspect . Either way I did not think a month of flat lined weight when it work great for the previous 2.5 months
 
How long have you taken ipamorelin? While I haven't started my own Ipa yet, I have read a lot of other peoples experiences. I heard that the water weight it causes sticks around for a while and then it sheds off. I suppose you could take a week or two off and see if you have any changes. What is your exercise like?
