30 year old man here, diagnosed with ADHD, been taking Concerta for the past 5 years, 54mg.

I started taking 2mg/week Retatrutide 9 days ago. I have not taken my ADHD medication for the first time since I got them, and I feel absolutely fantastic - as if I was still on them - but throughout the whole day instead of a 12 hour window that Concerta works.

GLP-1 interferes with dopamine receptors in some way, but I didn't expect it to be such a positive change.
I know some people need to switch to instant release medication (adderal and ritalin) due to Retatrutide slowing your digestion.

Did anyone else experience something similar? What happened after a longer time period?

Same experience! I'm on the same dose and have been for about the same length of time. Also started 2mg of reta. My only issue has been utter exhaustion. A couple days I took my Concerta to help get me going because I am sooo tired, hoping that passes soon lol but otherwise it's been fantastic!!

Yep! I seem to be waking up slightly earlier and then fall back asleep, no major issues though and I definitely fall asleep easily.

Have you been able to fall asleep while taking concerta?

Have you been able to finish your work?
Sorry I missed your second question. My exhaustion has gotten the better of me some days, but I am certainly focused and capable of finishing my work!

I have seen in some places that reta makes stimulant medication essentially not work. I am worried about starting taking it since I am on 70mg vyvanse daily. I'm sure it affects everyone differently, but it is nice to know that some people are having positive effects from it instead.
