Anyone try a more gradual titration up? For example instead of going from 2mgs w1-4, start with 1mg w1, 1.25mg w2, 1.5w3 etc?

This is the progression I am following, descallaling Tirz at the same time. Currently@ 120lbs lost and currently at goal but could go 10 lower while just starting to recomp. currently on wk8, i seem to have more energy to run daily and extended from just walking and 0 running, and up to 2.5mi slow running (5mph), tried running once I hit goal several months ago and it was a non-starter. No sides and no real change to food noise or supression/cravings. Tirz get me here but wanting more energy and upping my activity level w/ reta.

This is kind of what I'm doing. Started at 0.5mg twice a week x 2 weeks, then 1.25mg (split into 0.5mg and 0.75mg). I must be a super responder because it has been working very well. I'm at week 4 and still at 1.25 mg total dose for the week. No sides at all apart from elevated RHR.

Raising the dose based on time rather than efficacy is a mistake. If 1-2mg is working why would you double it at week 5?

I’ve been doing something gradual.
Week 1 Thursday (1mg)
Week 2 Wednesday (1.25mg) /
4 days later Sunday (.75mg) decided to switch to biweekly
Week 3 Wednesday (.75mg) / Sunday (1mg)
Week 4 Wednesday (1.5mg)

So far just sides like headache/ fatigue the first week or so and now I’m thinking constipation or just going less often since I’m eating less.

*As of October 2025, there isn’t a standardized Retatrutide dosage chart available for public use, primarily because it is still in the research and clinical trial phases.

I read something very similar on another forum. Not on it yet but eyeing it up and doing research. I'm a slow responder, been on Tirz since August and am down a mere 5 pounds in total with diet and exercise.
