Probably both. A lot of people don't understand why this is considered gray. It is very weird. I feel like if people were buying anything else drug related not from a pharmacy they would not be running to talk to a reporter about it.

Yes. 2 of the vendors that i use said they wanted to slow it down until they see what pans out They are still shipping though.

I said they’re “able.” They are able. TT allows hundreds of people to continue talking about grey despite reports.
