Probably both. A lot of people don't understand why this is considered gray. It is very weird. I feel like if people were buying anything else drug related not from a pharmacy they would not be running to talk to a reporter about it.

They’re able to talk about it openly on TT and buy from websites with credit cards. It’s understandable why they’d think it’s NBD.

They aren't 'allowed' so much as TikTok needs to be alerted it breaks their rules. They get taken down if they're reported.

I said they’re “able.” They are able. TT allows hundreds of people to continue talking about — nay, posting videos about — grey despite various reports. And tens of thousands comment on those videos without consequence.

I report consistently, but many times it stays up. It’s very frustrating.
How are you reporting it? I think someone figured out the illegal activity report was the one to use, they err on the side of caution.
