Well took way less time than I thought it would for the owner of Peppy’s forum to come out with the truth of it.

“I hope everyone understands though, that I pay for this server and will be the preferred vendor as a result.” And also a mod like he said he wouldn’t be.

@ZippityDooDah I really like what you have set up here and I hope others do too. When it comes time for needing site funding please give me / all of us a way to contribute.

Meh, it's all good as far as I'm concerned. Everybody can do whatever makes them happy (which is also my philosophy with regard to what people want to put in their bodies as well). I'm not out to make it a competition or whatever. The idea for this forum popped into my head one night a few weeks ago in a hotel room in Indy when I received my first 3-day ban and it became clear that Reddit (and any other platform controlled by corporate America) was not going to be a reliable place for openly discussing our research.

I personally prefer a place with less drama (I actually prefer no drama at all, but it might be utopian). I came from Reddit to Discord to avoid the drama but soon after joining I find myself the subject of bashing because I posted a vendor information on Reddit and a dated COA I had no idea people had already seen. The vendor told me it was the last 🤷🏻‍♀️. People wouldn’t stop talking for days, I was getting tired. Then there is another drama right now revolving around the owner of the new platform and their agenda. Ugh I am tired of the drama. I might have to retreat somewhere else and take a break from it all. I think this place has the least drama until I am proven otherwise. Peace! Good job @ZippityDooDah!
