Just wanted to take a moment and say hello and thank you from Sin City, USA! I've been lurking for several weeks and finally decided to:
1. Created my account and join the group
2. I made my first purchase (I went with Nexaph)
3. Purchased my Hospira Bac Wat - 8 vials for $56 (free shipping)

Now, I will I spend the next bit of time finding proper instructions/videos on the reconstitution process while I wait for my pre-order to arrive.

I am grateful for groups like this so the average worker bee can afford the meds they need/want

Great!

I suggest you use this reverse peptides calculator, entering the actual weight (or average) from Nexaph's testing CoA, and a convenient number of units for your syringe's markings, at current dose, and at your likely next dosage level.

It'll tell you just how much bacteriostatic water to add (sort of). Note the conversion between mcg and mg down the page.

Welcome to the forum!

I second @indolent suggestions, and would also add to make sure the calculator has less than ~315u of bac- Nexa vials only hold juuuuust over 3ml (which is 300u)
Very grateful for the reverse calculator. I think I have this correct but I would be thrilled to have another human check my math.

Peptide vial contents (mg): 35 (average based on testing data) for 30mg bottles

Dosage in micrograms: 2500 = 2.5mg

How many units do you want to draw? 7 (this would literally be the #5 + 2 dashes on my 30 ml needle

Answer: Reconstitute your peptide vial using 0.98ml of BAC water. - this is as close to 100ml as I could get without getting some weird fraction. So... since my tiny needle only holds 30ml it would seem to be to my benefit to purchase a separate needle that is 100mL so I can just fill that puppy up and do the reconstitution.

I appreciate any insight greatly!!

1. To make it easier, aim for 10 units per draw (a numbered position on your insulin syringe), which would be 1.4 mL of bac water in this case. I'm assuming this is Tirz ... if you follow the official protocol and go to the next step up, you'd just move up to 20 units, which is also a numbered position.

2. Many people buy separate, larger (lower gauge number (=wider), higher total capacity, like 3mL) needles for reconstitution purposes. And of course in all cases, you (safely) dispose of the syringe/needle after one use.

Thank you so much for your response and direction!!

I did the same thing a while back. Congrats on your first order. Nexaph is a solid choice, and that’s a pretty good deal on the Bac Wat too.
