Scammed by BHKPep?

Looking for advisement or help, I’m based in Ireland & recently sent pretty large payment to Bella HK, through Revolut bank transfer. After 5 working days, she confirmed she didn’t get the funds. I fear I’ve been scammed so tried to check back with my bank, who tried to locate funds and found its invalid bank details. I’ve cross checked and it’s definitely the correct details, I’ve no way of getting in touch with the Chinese bank they won’t answer the phone. Any advice or has this happened to anyone else?

Also cross checked here & it’s the same contact details and name everyone’s ordering from on here, so it’s the legit person I’m pretty sure.

Can you check with your bank to see if they can reverse the transfer? Since it is an invalid bank details hopefully they can get your money back for you. I am wondering if Bella accidentally gave you the wrong info...

Ask your bank or Revolut for a copy of the SWIFT MT103. If anything was mis-keyed causing the destination account to be invalid then the transfer should be able to be recalled. Sometimes this happens automatically, other times it requires manual intervention. Either way can often be time-consuming and frustrating, but not impossible.
