There was just the BEST post about a guy who was selling 2mg injections to his friends for $15 a pop to help them out…ALAS! Before I could reply or read page 2 it was deleted. (By “BEST” I mean hysterically ill-thought out - it was feeding all my WTF?!?!-ness)

I was DEVASTATED! I didn’t even get a chance to see if @randompersonrandom had answered the (multiple) summons or even get to read all of page 1. It was soooo cringe in the best possible way! I got there after he edited his original post to take out all the prices and logistics…luckily it had been quoted so I could see the ridiculousness. It took #epicfail to the next level!

I was hoping that was bait, sadly it probably wasn't.

I thought the thread had value in how many people responded stating in all the ways why it was such a bad idea and what could go wrong.
That was valuable information for other newbies who may be contemplating developing a side hustle.

Too bad all of those responses disappeared when the thread got nuked. The moderators probably have way more info and experience than the rest of us in doing all the daily housekeeping chores around here!

I am of a mind that the 'mission' of this site is not heavily weighted towards keeping noobs out of trouble as it is on having higher level discussions on short chain amino acids...Meh, that is where my internet falls...But that thread was kind of a hard not to watch train wreak... 😳 😎

I totally agree with the very valuable info, reiterated by so many, about why selling is bad idea jeans. Look, when we see the price of gray compared to Big Pharma & compounded, it’s VERY easy to get “my yacht docked next to my private island” dreams. But we need to see the “my friend sued me for a bad reaction and the feds are knocking at my doors” nightmares.

And I’ve been gleefully snarky about that post (and I love me some drama—if I’m an onlooker and not part of it 😂), but the naïveté also triggered some “Bless his heart”-ness in me. (Edit: if you’re not from the South or our non US-friends, it’s a combo of “That person’s got problems and need the Lord’s help” & “That person…well I won’t say out of politeness!”)
