Second month of tirz, first time with reconsituting!

Hello all - so I joined and introduced and then life happened, but I decided to move to tirz from sema due to a friend giving me a stash of 2.5mg for a month. I'm about done with that, and it's working but I think i need at least 5mg tirz now, as I was on 1.7mg sema before. I've been reading online and it sounds like I should maybe go higher than 5mg tirz but I'm slow rolling up, and if 5mg will work well then maybe I can chill there a bit.

My question is - for this next month, i purchased a kit of 20mg vials from nexaph - it was the most affordable I've found so far (and i know there's stuff way way cheaper, but I'm really new to grey and I don't feel comfy using crypto). So I'm hoping this stuff is real and will work. I wanted to check my math on it - if i want 5mg dose, and I have 20 mg vial.....if i use 2 ml bac water into my 20mg vial, is that 4 doses of 5mg? 50 units? i used a calculator and I THINK it makes sense but I feel so unsure of the math because I'm dumb af with numbers.

Also any advice on any of this above is welcome, I'm very nervous about it, esp since I thought I was going to be doing sema for this not tirz! 🙂
 
Welcome! It sounds like you're on a good path, and Nexaph is an excellent choice for you at this stage. Two things:
  1. You need to adjust your calculations of how many milligrams are in each vial, based on lab testing of the batch (unless it's within 10% of the nominal mgs). In the case of Nexaph (but not most vendors), I'd be comfortable with the "2nd party" testing which they commissioned. Scan the QR code on the kit box to be linked to the CoA...it might take a week or two for it be produced and linked.
  2. Shoot for 20-40 units per dose, aiming for the numbered ticks on your syringes, and use a reverse peptides calculator (linked in my signature; rotate your phone if you don't see it) to do the calculation. Scroll down for mg to mcg converter first. It's much easier to add a non-round amount of bac water--once--at reconstitution time vs trying to gauge weird amounts in an insulin syringe, a few times.

OH MY GOD - the reverse calculator is great. I was definitely getting weirded out by having to make a large draw, esp with how much bigger tirz doses seem to be? So this makes a lot more sense. That said, I am wondering how exact i can be to get the right amount of BAC water, if it's telling me like .84, I don't know if that's easily readable in the syringe when its time to do it? I havent actually done this part yet, so I bought things, just havent opened stuff yet.
 
Speaking of the mgs on the tested bastches - so they are a little bit higher than 20mg and there's 3 of them? I wasn't sure how to incorporate that into my dosage. This is from their testing batch:
