Selank + Semax--nasal? Effects?

Hi all. Wanting to start researching with Selank and Semax. Anyone here use them nasally? How do you dose them? Do you mix them into a commercial nasal spray brand? Would love some info. TIA

I used sterile saline as BAC can cause sinus irritation because of the alcohol. I reconned 20 mg Semax with 1 ml saline, dump it in the sprayer, and add 3ml to it. The snoot spray bottle delivers 0.1 ml per spray so this gives 500 mcg per spray. I do one spray per nostril for a total of 1mg. This provides 20 doses. I did this for both Epitalon and Semax. I get immediate affects and I like it so far. The increased concentration is noticeable. That’s super helpful, thank you so much. I’ve also read that some people just mix it with drugstore saline nasal spray. Do you store yours in the fridge? Good to hear about the immediate effects. I’m really looking forward to trying it.

I got the drugstore saline first, but I changed my mind after reading the ingredients list. I don't want all that other stuff so I went with only sterile saline. Amazon has it in big bottles. It's a bit more expensive, but I have enough crap going in my body. I store the sprays in the fridge and it always should be due to the lack of preservatives.

Also, I'm dosing with 1 mg total because I have a history of TBIs. You may be able to get by with 500mcg total. If you're younger, you could try that first. Being a nasal spray, you can always adjust up or down easily, which is another benefit of this method.

I did not feel the difference (maybe because I have constant anxiety). The therapy was also for
a week.
Now I'm in Slovakia, and here I bought Chinese Semax to try again.
Nothing either.
I think it's individual.

I think what that may show is that you have normal brain function and processing. For me, it helps primarily with concentration and word recall. Names, places or when my brain is searching for a term, I can recall them much faster. The vast majority of these peptides are for restoring lost energy or function, and rejuvenation. If this is all Semax does for me, I'm happy.

Yes, you can, but these have different uses. Because the molecule is so small, it easily passes the blood brain barrier and acts directly on the brain when used intranasally. Also, for anxiety, I heard Selank works better for that but I haven't tried it.

I was planning on using them both together, but i didn’t know i had to prepare the nasal spray myself, so now i feel intimidated. I’m sure I’ll get there…i just don’t want to mess it up.

I used two 10 mg vials for this. I recon the vial with 1 ml sterile saline, dissolved it and then took the top off with the little vial opener. I add the vials to the spray bottle and then add 2 ml more saline to the spray bottle for 4 ml. This gave me 500 mcg per spray for a 1mg dosage. This will provide 20 doses which is the recommended run for both. I went with 20 mg and 4 ml because 2 ml is so little the bottle has trouble picking it up unless it's held at exactly the right angle. No. My vendor provides Jano COAs that they pay for. Purity came back at 99.955%. I'll give them the other 0.045%.

Purity tests are baseline from vendors. What about endo? And 3P? I think I’ll filter to be safe.

The COA matched my batch number and date. There are also large testing groups associated with my vendors. Filtering is a personal choice and certainly understandable.

Ok, so I just ordered. 😂 I got two of 2 pack of the 5-5 ml, so 20 ampules in all. I figure by the time it gets here, my Epitalon cycle will be done.

I really like Semax. Words, names and technical terms all surface faster. I can hyper focus on work and an hour flies by like nothing. I tried once in the morning and once in the afternoon and settled on once in the morning, just before work, because I still felt it by bedtime. I haven't tried Selank, but I'm already so laid back that I'd probably go to sleep if I did 🤣

I thought about filtering, but in the write up in the healthcare provider section, it says the ampules are designed to only break in large pieces so it isn't necessary. Can't hurt though.
