I thought about filtering, but in the write up in the healthcare provider section, it says the ampules are designed to only break in large pieces so it isn't necessary. Can't hurt though.

Do you use the N-acetyl Semax or just regular Semax?

So i have been subq up to 0.4mg of both NA-Semax and NA-Selank everyday for 2 weeks, didn't feel anything difference, no side effects or what so ever. So i took a week off, and dose straight up 1mg right after, now i finally feel something, it feels exactly like drinking tons of coffee but without the jittery, huge energy boost, hyperfocus, my vision changed a little like everything looks brighter and more contrast? I felt the effect in less than 30 minutes but only last about 2-3 hours or so.

Fun experience but will i do it again? Probably not because i could just drink coffee, and they didn't last long enough, plus i don't really need it.

I've been using 1 mg as a nasal spray and it's like BOOM, there it is. I like the fact it's good for 3 hours, but if I do it twice in a day, I can still feel it at night. It's much different than coffee for me, but I'm an old guy.

How long have you been using it? Do you feel any tolerance or desensitization?

Yeah i feel like it could be great for works and even as a pre-workout. I used to use pre-workout supplement when i was in my bodybuilding days, but they give me bad jitter, i can see that it could be a game changer for that alone.

I used it for about 10 days, but I'm giving it a break because I have some NA Semax coming in another 10 days. I started with Epitalon, also via IN, and then added Semax. I have read that anything longer than 20-30 days on Semax requires the same length break because of desensitization. I'm finishing my Epitalon run of 20 days and then I'll start the NA Semax. I'll keep that to no more than 30 days and cycle it. So, it's a work in progress.

I use it for work, mainly. I'm in a technical field so I find it helps me quite a bit. It also elevates my mood and my thought processes are faster. I also like the lack of jitters that a few cups of coffee can give me.

It's really simple actually. Don't be intimidated. I run Epitalon with Semax and did it myself. I got 10mg kits of both. You need sterile saline because BAC water will fry your sinuses because of the alcohol. It's available on Amazon. I also got a little pry tool to take the stopper off the vial to get all of it. I got the Snoot spray bottles and they deliver 0.1 ml per spray. I also used a intranasal calculator to determine dosage per spray. Links are below.

I used two 10 mg vials for this. I recon the vial with 1 ml sterile saline, dissolved it and then took the top off with the little vial opener. I add the vials to the spray bottle and then add 2 ml more saline to the spray bottle for 4 ml. This gave me 500 mcg per spray for a 1mg dosage. This will provide 20 doses which is the recommended run for both. I went with 20 mg and 4 ml because 2 ml is so little the bottle has trouble picking it up unless it's held at exactly the right angle. You can play with the calculator until you get the dosage you want. Hope this helps. Edited for clarity.
