Hi everyone, when I first started taking Sema 0.25mg, I immediately noticed a significant reduction in my appetite and even experienced some nausea.
I had no interest in food at all.
After 3 weeks I noticed cravings are back and I was back on my unhealthy relationship with food.
I’ve increased my dose to 0.5mg and eventually 1mg, and I still don’t feel the same level of appetite suppression as I did initially.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Could it be that my body has adjusted to the medication, and I might need a higher dose?
Thanks

The official schedule is 4 weeks at each dose: .25, .5, 1, 1.7, then ending up at 2.4 and staying there. (I believe name brand also has 1.7 listed as a 'final dose' option if you don't need the 2.4.) They're running clinical trials as high as 7.2. Depending on who you ask, you should either stay low as long as you can, or you should go up exactly on that schedule.

The honeymoon period does indeed end and self control comes back into play. It's not a magic injection for most people- it's a weapon in your arsenal.
