Sema kit from Peter - broken cakes - help

Help! My first order from Peter arrived - a kit of 5mg sema- all cakes are broken up into lumpy bits. All vials I’ve ever ordered have been clean cakes no breaks. Is this a concern? Have you reconstituted powder that looks like this?
