Ok, I've been on sema for some time. Have lost 31lbs. However it did nothing to me until 1.7mg. I know this is common. You feel the higher doses. However, my feeling of fullness and no food noise lasts 1 maybe 2 days. Always has, so it's not like it's stopped working. Have some ideas but want to hear from you folks
1) tirate up?
2) add cagri?
3) split doses (but the lower doses did nothing so I don't see the point in 2 small doses)
4) or.....has anyone gone ABOVE the max limit of 2.4mg?

Given you tolerated well? Maybe try 1.2 twice a week, give 3-4 weeks for levels to build up? I personally don't think Tirz or Reta are nearly as good for food noise ( like Sema's does with high glp1 receptor affinity). After a month then cagri as next step if needed?

Interested in what others suggest?

When in doubt, I usually side with upping the dose, even sometimes after a week. But in your case it seems like a no-brainer, unless you are having sides or still losing 1-2 pounds week. And, of course, tirz is just waiting for you to make the switch, haha.

Regarding higher than 2.4 of sema:

Personally, I've only been on tirz, and I have sema and reta on the way, mostly for hoarding purposes. Cagri does stack well with everything, but I haven't seen the need yet.
