I can't seem to find a topic about this so thought I would ask you fine people. If we buy 30mg vials but the max dosage is 2.5mg, what is the benefit of having a vial that would technically last 3 months? Or are people actually taking more than the 2.5mg max dosage? I'm curious to know how people are using these high volume vials. I hope this post helps others in the future.

In my opinion people buy them simply because they are cheaper and it provides a bigger stock. The jury is still out on how long a reconstituted vial lasts, and GLP1s tend to be on the more robust side when it comes to stability.

I personally would rather have less kits shipping and risk losing potency on the last few injections over paying more and risking the vials being seized, etc.

To be honest I tend to believe the worry over potency loss is highly over exaggerated for both lypholsized and reconstituted storage. At least for GLPs.

I personally would. What are You comfortable with? Will you stay on sema or drift around? Yes people are taking more than current clinical max dose. They are testing higher doses. My last Bottle of bac water I used for 5 months.

Do you think you will eventually share with really close family? A 30 mg bottle could be split into other sterile bottles and passed around. I wouldn't recommend sharing. Did you read the person who kinda panicked and thought grey market caused Plantar fasciitis. Imagine a nutty friend or family member who panicked like this and went straight to their lawyer and the law.

I dont particularly mind it. Ive just never used a glp1 over that long of a duration for 1 vial. I have someone who has been wanting to try it as she has been on ozempic pharm grade for a while and the cost is outrageous. I personally have used tirzepatide stacked with a little bit of reta but recently came off because I was losing too much weight. Lol. Even at low doses. I definitely wouldn't be sharing though unless I split it like you said into two different cartridges. I try not to share with outside people for the reason you mentioned. I dont want to be responsible for any mishaps by any means.

The only reason that comes to mind at the moment is cost. ( more than one researching Sema in the same house ) Not sure how sterile/safe it is to have multiple people using the same vial but as the saying goes “ your risk tolerance might vary “ from peptide Pete’s risk tolerance.

ETA someone mentioned separating into sterile vials, so there’s that too.

My first thought was well maybe people are taking more than the 2.5mg. I will not be partaking in the same community vial. 😅

Hi, Sassy 🫶🏻

As I think about it, there really should be no difference in risk factors when multiple people are using one vial ...
because the people would each practice the common sterile techniques we all do – i.e. alcohol swabbing between punctures, and obviously not reusing or sharing syringes, which we hopefully all learned not to do back in the day 😉😎😂

Plus, lots of people are choosing to use those pretty mechanical pens these days, lol. In custom colors, of course.

So really, the individual vial shouldn't be able to tell the difference between one user and two or three. It just sits there in the refrigerator waiting to be stuck, no matter who's doing the sticking 💜

Hi🙂 fair ( legit ) point right here. Thanks!😊

I bought 2 kits of 20mg without using my brain first and when I plugged the numbers into the calculator I have enough to last many years if it stayed good forever LOL I got someone else to start on it but with the tiny small starting doses and my .5 stacking with tirz dose, I'm pretty sure the entire vile will not end up used. Lesson learned!

As long as we are learning from our ( and others ) mishaps. That is what matters☺️
