Hi everyone,

so I started with semaglutide a few months ago with the recommended starting dosages up to 1,25mg weekly. During that time I had slight side effects like sulphur burps but nothing major. While being on the 1,25mg dosage I experienced severe appetite suppression and I was able to eat much less than usual.

Afterwards I had to take a break from it for about 8 weeks because I had no supply. I‘ve found out about chinese vendors and decided to order a semaglutide kit from JEEP. I‘ve started with 0,5mg entry dosage and worked my way up to about 2mg now.

Now the thing is, I feel almost no effects whatsoever. I don’t have any of the side effects that I initially had, I can eat as much as I could without medication and appetite suppression is maybe like 20% of what it used to be.

I didn’t do anything different than before, just the usual reconstitution but this time with bac water from jeep and fridge storage.

Should I keep increasing my dosage or what should I do? Switching to Tirz/Reta isn’t really an option since I still have about 9 Vials Sema and don’t want to waste them.

Any help is much appreciated!

You do mean, you started at 0,25 mg right ?

For a lot people. stopping and coming back is a bitch. They have to go higher to feel effects.
keep titrating up, see what happens at 2,7.

If no good, I would go for Tirz, amazing at food suppresion and weight loss.

You can save the sema for stacking. By the way, PAE is a good source for both tirz singles and kits.

It sucks to feel like you've wasted money, but if sema isn't giving you the effects you need, switch to tirz. It works better on metabolism, and you'll still have spent about 50x less than what big pharma wants you to pay. Just keep in mind that tirz requires higher doses than sema. Starting is usually 2.5mg >> 5mg >> 7.5mg >> 10mg >> 12.5mg >> 15mg. Increasing only if the lower doses aren't working after 4 weeks on each, as it takes that long to build up in your system.
