Semax subq vs intranasal

Going to be starting Semax subq next week, planning on 500mcg daily, solely because I have the injection supplies and don’t want to bother with the additional items for intranasal.

Has anyone tried both subq AND intranasal? Curious on if you got different results depending on the method of application. Don’t really care how fast it kicked in, more if you felt like one method was more effective than the other.

IN is almost always going to be effective for small chain peptides like Semax. It places the peptide closest to the brain and Semax is small enough to be easily absorbed and pass the BBB. Bioavailability is also very high because it bypasses the liver so it isn't filtered by the hepatic system. There are many threads here that describe the reconstitution process for IN and RS experiences with both methods.
