My RS doses at 250mcg of sermorelin and ipamorelin at night right before bed (usually fasted for 2-3 hours) and again in the morning before the gym (continued to be fasted for several hours). RS is in the 2nd cycle and happy with the results with lean muscle, fat loss, and sleep.
I've seen some protocols go up to 1mg daily for sermorelin. I like twice a day dosing, probably because most research on it can't decide if fasting for 2 hours prior is enough time for you stomach to have emptied while on glp1.
RS is 42 yo M 165lbs just looking for a slight boost at the gym and better sleep. RS has decided to delay the use of trt and hgh until later in life when RS finds a deficiency. Sermorelin and ipamorelin are not going to give hgh results, but I do find a place for them when your diet and workout is right.
