Share your experiences with BCP 157 / TB500 / GLOW / KLOW

I'd like to read about your experiences with BCP 157 / TB500 / GLOW / KLOW
So Klow stack been on for a few weeks now, not seen much skin differnece yet but the wolverine stack side has started to improve my niggly shoulder.

Ive been doing 1.5mg a day, but it was stinging for prolonged periods so i know add some extra BAC to my needle after ive drawn up my klow and seems to of done the trick

I did a 6 week cycle of BPC .5mg 2x daily for my rotator cuffs and tennis elbow, both were acute injuries in the summers of ‘24 and ‘25. Both had notable improvement, although I didn’t get MRIs for evidence.

Will do again when I have another injury.

How much Bac Water are you using to reconstitute it?
And have you noticed any relief in your shoulder over the past few weeks?

In your case, was BCP157 alone enough?
Did you took any other peptide?

I did 3 cycles of Glow and never noticed anything. Bpc does reduce aches and pains but I have to take it every day as cycling it doesn't work.

How long and how much did you used it for?

My wife is 63. It took about 6 months for Glow to kick in. She honestly looks 8-10 years younger now. I've had to get the stuff for her hair stylist, the lady that does her facials and about 10 of her friends.

Sometimes more than not it just takes patience on these peptides. Most people in America demand things NOW!!!! NOW or I'll cry like a little child!

what dosage sir? and was it daily?

fwiw the injection technique referenced there is to draw the 12 units into the syringe but to then split it into 3 smaller injections of 4 units each, one right after the other close to each other but not in the exact same spot. This is to minimize the ISR from the GHK-CU. I’m only 3 days in but I’ve been doing it this way and personally have had no ISR at all so far

Im taking a KLOW individually no blended.
After a few weeks, my eczema on my hand has cleared up, hair and nails growing faster and nails are thicker and stronger, I recover faster from gym and my niggling ankle injury I've had for years seems to have healed

I’m still waiting on mine to work. I have to trust the process
You are absolutely right. It works faster on some people than others. Also we don't know what other damage it's repairing that we can't see. My understanding is it goes after the inflammation markers that scream the loudest first.

I always tell people what I take but never tell them how much to take. It always amazes me how one peptide can affect people so many different ways. For example I know someone who has never went past 4 mgs Reta and hit their goal weight yet I can take 12mg and never feel a thing.

I had a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery in August of 2025. I took BPC-157, TB500, and GHK-CU two weeks before surgery and 10 weeks past surgery. It was amazing how fast I progressed with my Physical Therapy both in ROM (range of motion) and strength. I am still taking it easy with lighter weights, but do a lot of slow controlled reps beyond my therapist expectations. My scar also looks really good and my physical therapist said I was ahead of the timelines he would expect. I am just now restarting these 3 peptides in hopes of really assisting my recovery of strength and continued incision scar appearance and healing.
I almost exclusively (except day of surgery and two days after) pinned in my shoulder directly around the affected area.

Can you share your dosage and schedule? Curious eczema clearing up as I have not experienced this yet. But would like to compare your regiment to mine. Thank you 🙂

I used BPC 157 only, it helped with relieving prostatitis symptoms substantially, almost completely, also had great effect on my tendon injuries too. I first took capsules, then sublingual tablets -- this worked great, but was very costly, then manufacturer stopped selling. In the end when I sourced the vials, I used them sublingually too, with great success.

Very nice... so she is taking it continuously outside of the 2 days off per week?

I did a 6 week run of GLOW and I can't really tell if it did anything. I do have fairly good skin but it has failed to reduce my wrinkles which was my main goal. I'll do another round or 2, hoping to see some improvement on the turkey neck front.

Used the klow blend. Noticeable difference in body in terms of aches. Decided to pause for few days after a month and could feel the soreness.

The only issue is that it's a big bottle and doesn't seem to finish. After few weeks I'm sure it's just running against the degradation timer with at least 50 stabs to the vial. No difference to the skin yet.

So once I drawn up my initial klow I then add a further 10 units. ( 1mg )

And yes most definite shoulder feels million times better and only few weeks in

Hope I get same results as you, had my shoulder repaired a couple weeks ago. I was headed towards a replacement, using Klow as part of the protocol.
