Looking to lose mostly weight and dont care too much if I lose some muscle while trying to burn fat. Of course ill be sure to hydrate, eat protein to help maintain muscle, and I workout like 5 days a week already.
I was thinking Reta + Tesa but I saw on here Tesa can increase appetite but Reta may cancel that out based on some users on here.
Currently sitting around 290 and I want to be around 210/200lbs. I might be going to go with Jeep btw. (Saw they had good prices and reliable so far).
What are you guys stacking with Reta to mainly lose weight/fat? Any other peptides that compliment with Reta?

I would run Reta alone till you get closer to goal weight then run a tesa/ipamorelin stack for visceral fat. May want to consider a dexa scan or whole body mri after running Reta to see where you are.

You may end up wanting to stack other peptides, for reasons beyond weightloss, while running Reta but I like to give each pep 1 month before adding something new so implications, positive or negative, can be better understood.

Appreciate the response. Are there any peptides to help tighten the skin so there isn't much loose skin or is that just based on how fast I lose weight?

I was almost the same stats as you last year. Started at 285, this morning 200.3 lb. I just ran Sema for 3 months until coupon expired and went down the rabbit hole. Jumped on Reta going on ~9 months now. Kept my protein high and kept most of my muscle (all genetic btw). Now I'm 100% into building muscle stage but keeping Reta in the mix. I added KLOW, SS-31, Mots-C and NAD+ because I am getting older and run down. I basically did a cut for a whole year, fasted zone 2 cardio 40 min a day, 600+ calorie deficit. I'm now 4 weeks into a 4 day upper/lower routine.

GHK-cu purportedly will tighten skin - there’s a topical form and an injectable form but unsure if one is better than the other and if there’s a proactive benefit.

Best strategy, as you stated, is to not lose faster than your skin is able to adjust.

You will see great results with Reta alone for quite a while. Here is a rundown of my weight loss peptide journey so far. I started with just reta for a month or two then added in the mitochondrial health protocol you will see floating around here. It's NAD+, SS-31, and MOTS-C. I had been unhealthy for most of my life so I figured I should kinda try for a full body reset and start with my cellular health. It had me feeling great! I then started cycling 5-amino-1mq which also helps with both cellular health and weight loss. And now I cycle tesa/ipa along side reta and I love it. I had a lot of visceral fat and that has been a focus for me. And as an added bonus, the tesa/ipa helps me sleep better which lowers my cortisol and inflammation and allows my body to burn more fat and build more muscle.

I lost a total of 90lbs in 2025. Started at 300 and am now at 210 so it's close to your starting point and your goal. Of course I did all my peptide research while also eating healthy and going to the gym 4-6 times a week. This year my goal is sub 15% body fat before I start a clean bulk.

And as for the loose skin, I didn't get much. I started taking 1mg GHK-cu daily shortly after I started reta. I cant say for certain it's the reason my skin stayed healthy, but I feel like it played a part so definitely recommend it.
