I’ve been suffering from diarrhea and passing sulfurous gas for a couple of days; I’ve been on the same dosage for two months—could this be due to retatrutide?

I'd guess that it's caused by Retatrutide's changes to your digestion. But maybe you recently ate more sulfur compounds? Sulfur compounds are in almost every good food source. Onions, coffee, eggs, cheese...

If you have been on the same dose for a couple months and it is just happening now, I would think it is unlikely to be the Reta. Anything is possible, but side effects usually decrease over time not increase (with the possible exception of some of the skin sensitivity issues). I would expect that it is more likely viral or dietary.

That doesn't happen to me anymore.
I eat light for the 48 hours after the injection. For me, that means few carbs and few fats. No salmon, but chicken. Yogurt.
You'll need to figure out what in your regular diet is causing this and change your meals.

Let me explain how everything went; I think the cause was something else, because I haven't experienced any side effects since I started taking it, and I don't believe they would suddenly appear after two months of consistent dosing. I started a little over three months ago, and for about two months I’ve been taking 4mg per week; I’ve lost around 14–15 kg, and these symptoms appeared a couple of days before I was due to take my dose. My diet is consistent and monitored by a nutritionist.

I had that real bad until I started taking a probiotic every day. Now, no matter what I eat I have no issues.
It's strange—this has never happened to me before—but I'll give that a try anyway. Thanks.

I e read that cruciferous vegetables can be a cause for the sulphuric issue.
Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower etc.
No first hand on that just something I’ve heard.
