Quick update! Apparently this only extends to non- peptide products but I would be cautious.

Wrong! They are actually suspending sales of certain steroid and tablet products, for now peptides are safe.

Thanks, but you don't need to yell at me since you were the source, lol. I was just trying to get the info out there and the corrections have already been made.

Today steroids, tomorrow peptides. Wonder what finally convinced the Chinese government to care?
genericasia said something along the line of "sucks that some guys ruin the entire market for people like us who only sell peptides and AAS".

It's a bit cryptic, but I take it that he means the whole fent thingie.

Most likely. Fent and all of its derivatives are absolutely horrendous and have done incredible damage to so many communities. I know China isn't known for caring all that much about what they sell to who but I am shocked it took this long to do seemingly anything about it.

It might affect some peptides, including tb500, bpc157, tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, NAD, cjc. These might stock out and not return for a while from all vendors if they become a target. Raws suppliers of stuff that is illegal in China are being shut down, so far it has been steroids but these peptides are also illegal there and may get targeted. Right now glp1s are not, but that could change. A little panic buying might be warranted.

Edited to correct some stuff, I had originally said they have been targeted, looks like the have not but might be per Tracy on mesorx

Hopefully the folks at Meso don't mind but I'm sharing the screenshot of Tracy's post here. It's not looking good at all.

In case it’s helpful, to clarify because the language is awkward, if it is a peptide that is NOT a glp1 and is NOT on that list then it’s subject to likely supply issues. The main popular ones I’m noticing are tb500, bpc157, tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, NAD, cjc, Melanotan, but there are plenty more.

Hmm, didn't think I was yelling and meant no offense. I was just trying to add context to the subject of this post.

They have always cared/pretended to care. If I had to make a wild guess, I would say it’s more likely to be a part of the crackdown on the more harmful stuff than a crackdown on peptides specifically.

Well, considering how rampant the peptide market is, it could be that they feel the need to dim it down a bit for appearances sake and make it a bit less accessible. Considering how many offerings there is/was on madeinchina and alibaba, it would make sense that they want the operation to be a bit more discreet.

It would be gullible to believe that a lot of the manufacturers are not reaching their hands into several cookie jars. So I assume peptides is a low hanging fruit where they can make a large perceived difference with minimal effort “look, we removed 5000 vendors from alibaba”
