Weird part is they will search the contains, but still let them through most of the time.
It sounds like CBP is looking for something other than GLP-1 peptides.

It's supposed to be good at the moment, but I know it wasn't in the pastI'm not a newbie, been in the pep world for a long time, just don't post much here. Known in other forums, but just lurk here. But... 2 shipments seized for the first time ever and I'm annoyed and concerned about DHL.
They scan them. That foil vacuum pack won't defeat a xray scanner throwing off the rads the CBP ones do. The luggage xray machines they use at airports put off more radiation than any xray machine in a hospital. How on earth do they know that packages contain peps?
Well, I will admit that LSPL listed my PEPs as a "cushion" on the DHL deceleration label. Most shippers list contents as cosmetic peptides or something like that.I got a virtual mailbox... in the event my address is flagged, received a letter from the FDA that the shipment is held... Fun times. Seems like they care about the company who sent it who they say "has a history of misdeclaring contents"
Theres a series on National Geographic or Discovery ... maybe both networks have similar shows ... all real cases from border patrol and customs agents from all over the world. (I think the Discovery show is more about the US/Mexico and US/Canada borders.) The technology they have is incredible. I was stunned by the vehicle xray machine ... then completely dumbfounded watching the semi truck and trailer xray machine. Even through all the car parts, metal/aluminum/plastic/etc, people's excessive shit in every part of a vehicle ... those xrays see right through EVERYTHING!How on earth do they know that packages contain peps?
If CBP really crack down, and a presidential mandate is all it would take, PEPs will get REAL expensive going forward.Gosh.I was wondering if peps could be sent via an interim country - so they look as if they don't come from China 🥴Not going to work........
I've gotten mascara, a rubber tire, and a bath mat... you'd think it would be hard to get a rubber tire in a tiny box - but it got to me...Well, I will admit that LSPL listed my PEPs as a "cushion" on the DHL deceleration label. Most shippers list contents as cosmetic peptides or something like that.
Hey Y'all! UPDATE!!!FWIW... newcomers beware...
Rizhao Folin Peptide Chemical Co., Ltd-
Rep- Lisa
Ordered 12/13. A little more than $500 worth of various peptides.
Package has still not arrived as of 2/26. The rep has stopped responding.
Pretty sure I'm out $500.
Mine was in customs for at least 10 weeks. They do not have enough personnel to handle the amount of goods coming here everyday. It sounds like CBP is looking for something other than GLP-1 peptides.
Bingo. My guess is they are not tracking the recipients like they are the shippers. But they are definitely tracking the shippers with a bad history.Seems like they care about the company who sent it who they say "has a history of misdeclaring contents"
